LDP Solutions are based in Peterborough, Ontario and are in an ideal geographical location to service the IT requirements of businesses located not only in Peterborough County but also the surrounding area.
Initially formed in 2003, we are owned and managed by the founder members and as such, we do not employ sales people. We firmly believe in providing you with the correct solution and not the most profitable option for us. We believe that it is a testament to our business that many of our original customers are still with us to this very day.
Over the years we have expanded our portfolio to cover all aspects of IT support services and in addition we supply a comprehensive product range to suit every need. We believe that our current portfolio of services and products can only be matched by organisations much larger than ourselves. We find however that unlike larger businesses, our size and structure allows us to maintain flexibility and a caring approach towards our customers’ business and IT needs.
Unlike many of our competitors, we have been successfully trading since 2003 due to our excellent customer service record and our unique ability to adapt to the ever changing IT industry. Most importantly however, we put all of our focus into our customer’s needs.
We currently provide companies of all sizes with professional IT support services and solutions at affordable prices. Smaller businesses will benefit from a “virtual” IT Support for their staff to call upon whereas larger businesses, with perhaps their own IT support staff, will have the extra benefit of being able to call upon professional resources as and when required.
LDP Solutions provide CAT5e and CAT6 data cabling services and are resellers of leading brand PC’s, Servers and networking switches/firewall products from suppliers including Microsoft, Lenovo, Unifi, EnGenius, ESET, Sonicwall, etc. Key products from key partners that we believe will support your business needs for now and into the foreseeable future.
